Quick release weed hatch, 150 gallon ( litre) integral fresh water tank, 55 gallon ( litre) diesel fuel tank, self-draining forward well deck and stern deck (counter), gas locker for 2x13kg cylinders, cabin roof grab rails, fender mountings.
Engine
Beta Marine, 38hp ( kW) Kubota based marine diesel engine. A Beta Marine 43hp (kW) or other make of engine can be fitted but will entail an adjustment to the contract price. Engine designed for keel cooling with fresh water header tank, water cooled exhaust manifold, fresh water pump and calorifier connections. Mechanical fuel lift pump, LO sump emptying hand pump, intake filter/silencer, 120 amp and 45 amp alternators, 12 VDC starter. Control panel with key start switch, stop push-button, warning lights and audible alarm for low oil pressure, high water temperature and low charge. Standard PRM 120 mechanically operated reverse reduction gearbox.
Exterior
Hull is primed with red (or grey) oxide, undercoated, then top coated with Masons coach enamel. As standard a two colour paint scheme with coach lining is provided with your choice of colours. Non-slip finish is applied to the roof, gunnels, front well deck and stern deck. Your personal sign writing can be arranged far an additional cost. The hull sides are bitumen painted. Four sacrificial zinc anodes are fitted. Windows and/or portholes are polished aluminium or gold anodised. Brass mushroom vents are fitted to the roof. Brass louver vents are fitted to the rear and foredeck doors.
Standard Interior
Ballast is installed into a Bitumen prepared base on the hull bottom. Sprayfoam insulation is applied to all hull sides and the deckhead (roof). All timber battening is tanalised treated. The floor is formed from 18mm thick treated WBP exterior plywood. Linings are in crown cut Oak veneered plywood. Bulkheads are in crown cut Oak veneered blockboard. Interior cabinet doors are in solid Oak with "Burred Oak" panels and a choice of Inlay. All trims are in hardwood. All linings and trims are finished in a hard wearing two pack lacquer, which enhances the wood's natural beauty. There is a choice of vinyl tiles to the galley and bathroom floors. There is a choice of carpet tiles to the saloon, bedroom and passage way floors. There is also a choice of curtain materials.

12 VDC system, Halogen lights fitted to all compartments, wall lights in saloon, reading lights in bedroom, switched fuse panel with circuit breakers, headlight, horn, 12 VDC television socket, 240 VAC ring main with inlet, RCD and brass power sockets. 1600 W inverter, 70 AMP Charger and galvanic isolator.
Plumbing
Electric water supply pump, shower emptying pump, submersible bilge pump. All water pipework and fittings in plastic. Dual heated (engine cooling water and diesel heater unit) hot water calorifier. Heating via Webasto diesel unit. Fuel pipes and gas pipes in solid drawn copper.
Safety Equipment
Three fire extinguishers and fire blanket. All boats surveyed and conform to the Recreational Craft Directive.
Standard Layout For Boats Over 50ft
As previous layout with the addition of a raised dinette which converts to another double berth with storage space and fully upholstered with four inch flame retardant foam. Choice of upholstery materials.
